Hope Street Outreach helps homeless youth ages 12 - 21 by providing them with basic needs and referring them to places of safety and support. Outreach workers go into the community and offer homeless youth food, clothing, hygiene supplies, transportation
assistance and referrals to emergency shelters and community resources. Staff provide case management, resource acquisition and crisis management.

- Education on homelessness for schools, agencies and community centers
- Partnership with StreetWorks (a collaboration of metro shelters, housing programs, drop-in centers and clinics) to coordinate services
