Basic needs outreach for homeless youth ages 12 - 21 designed to connect youth with available community services.
Services:
- Outreach van
- Individual counseling
- Advocacy
- Emergency supplies (hygiene items, food vouchers, clothing, transportation)
- Education about community resources
- Education on homelessness for schools, agencies and community centers
- Partnership with StreetWorks (a collaboration of metro shelters, housing programs, drop-in centers and clinics) to coordinate services
