Permanent, affordable, supportive housing for 60 single men who have experienced long-term homelessness
Services:
- 60 units (single room occupancy, with shared bath and kitchen areas)
- Computer lab
- Case management and referrals to supportive services
Responsibilities/Fees:
- Large portion of boarding and lodging expenses can be subsidized
Preference will be given to men who meet the definition of long-term homelessness and have an income of $14,800 or less
