Send Holiday Cards to Your Legislators! 

This holiday season, why not spread some cheer to the Capitol? Send along a holiday card to your legislators! It’s a great way to help them get to know you, and to build an important relationship that will be key for advocating for important issues, especially once Minnesota’s session starts up in January.
 
Your current legislator may be different when the newly-elected Legislature is sworn into office on January 8. You can find out who represents you - both now and starting in 2013 - by entering your address here.) 

Your message could mention something about what you are thankful for this holiday season, like safe and secure housing, access to food and services, and a community that supports you in your livelihood. You could also add your hopes for the state as legislators get ready for the 2013 legislative session. The important thing is to reach out, say "Hello," and ensure that your elected officials know your name!
