St. Joe's Mental Health Case Management Program
St. Joe's mental health case management serves children under age 18 with severe emotional disturbances with case management needs. Staff provide the support parents need to make informed decisions about a child’s care.
At St. Joe’s, we use an asset-based approach to build on what works for each child. We customize plans to each child and family’s needs. Mental health case managers are an important part of a child’s therapeutic treatment team.
