Mary Hall Supportive Housing Program
Transitional housing in downtown St. Paul for men and women who fit the federal definition of homelessness, generally $15,000 income or less.
Services:
- Housing for 56 men and 24 women on month-to-month lease
- Intensive case management
- Financial assistance
- Meals available at nearby Dorothy Day Center
- Subsidized rent; two-year maximum stay
Responsibilities/Fees:
- Security deposit and first month's rent upon admission
- Work with case manager to achieve personal goals
- Participate in money savings program
- Alcohol and chemical use prohibited
