The Hope Street Transitional Living Program provides housing for eight homeless males ages 16 through 22. Youth counselors and a case manager provide services, including basic needs, goal setting, emotional and therapeutic assistance, independent living skills training and recreational activities. Other services include access to St. Joe’s Community Health Clinic, education and employment assistance, family counseling and after-care case management services.
