Hispanic Outreach serves those most in need in the Spanish-speaking Latino community.
Hispanic Outreach began more than 20 years ago to provide case management and family counseling for people and families of Hispanic background. Services include short-term case management, clinical therapy, information and referrals. Hispanic Outreach also provides emergency food and shelter in the form of vouchers and limited assistance with immigration fees for new Latino immigrants.

Services: - Clinical therapy for Latino adults and group psychotherapy. Licensed therapists provide treatment for depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorders, grief, loss and sexual abuse survivors
- Emergency food and shelter for new Latino immigrants in form of vouchers. Limited assistance with immigration fees
- Educational outreach on current issues affecting the Latino community
- Information and referrals
2008 Progam Outcomes
- Culturally appropriate services were provided for 1,104 Latinos in St. Paul and Minneapolis in 2008.
Responsibilities/Fees: Sliding fee scale for counseling services, based on ability to pay. Some insurance carriers are accepted. Other services are free of charge.
