Evergreen Residence
The Evergreen Residence offers 88 units of single room occupancy permanent housing for homeless, independent, single adults. Facilities are available for 72 men and 16 women, who each pay $350 a month. Workshops on money management and empowerment help clients become self-sufficient. Optional spiritual guidance, onsite Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and a men’s support group help residents confront their barriers to self sufficiency. Services: - Permanent housing for people who have experienced homelessness

2009 Program Outcomes: - The Evergreen Residence provided a home for 138 individuals
- 55 percent of tenants created a documented rental history of one year or longer, helping them in their next step
