Summary

Provide strategic leadership for the major gifts/planned-giving program, lead the planning, implementation, and solicitation strategies designed to maximize support for Catholic Charities.

Manage a portfolio of the organization’s highest-level individual contributors.

Maintain working knowledge of all Catholic Charities programs and projects.

In coordination with the Board Chair and V.P. of Development and Communications, administer the annual fund solicitation program for all Board and Alumni Board members.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated success in developing strategies for major/planned gift solicitation, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Program analysis and strategic planning are primary.

Ability to motivate, coach, guide, and lead staff in a positive manner.

Ability to think strategically and develop ideas into operational plans and work as contributing member of a team of professionals.

Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Summary

Receive, analyze, clarify, document, verify, resolve, authorize and distribute employee status forms for newly hired and terminated employees in conjunction with Divisional Human Resources Coordinators and the Payroll Department.

Function as first contact for providing consistent information regarding policies, procedures, practices, and compliances, reviewing and processing salary exception proposals from Children’s’ Services Divisions.

Minimum Qualifications

Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker - FT $13.40/hr to $16.50/hr
Summary

Provides direct services to clients with severe and persistent mental illness.

Provide client-centered services that include: budgeting & shopping skills, healthy life style skills, household management skills, interpersonal communication skills, transportation skills, crisis support, medication skills, mental illness system management skills, community resource utilization and integration skills, relapse prevention skills, health care directives, employment related skills and transition to community living services.

Acts as advocate and works with the people significant to the client in support of their recovery.

Help clients to develop a realistic vision of recovery as well as the skills to manage his/her illness in order to minimize its impact.

Must have successfully completed 30 hours of training during the previous two-year period in at least but not limited to, the following areas: a) recipient rights, b) recipient-centered individual treatment planning, c) behavioral terminology, d) mental illness, e) co-occurring mental illness & substance abuse. f) psychotropic medications & side effects, g) functional assessment, h) local community resources, i) adult vulnerability, j) recipient confidentiality.

Ability to use personal computer and standard business software with minimal instructions.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand and comply with professional ethics and standards of practice.

Ability to pass the Rule 11 Criminal Background Screening and the “Sexual Exploitation of Patients by Psychotherapists” screen required by the Department of Human Services.

Ability to work as part of a team and ability to handle difficult situations in a sensitive, professional and decisive manner according to established protocols.
