Day Treatment Program at St. Joseph's Home for Children
St. Joe's Day Treatment program offers comprehensive mental health and education services to children ages 5 - 15 with severe emotional and behavioral disturbances.
Children receive a combined mental health and academic day program tailored to their individual needs. In 2009, 51 children participated in the full-day onsite school and mental health program.
Services:
- Individual, group and family therapy
- Case management
- Full-day, onsite academic classes
- Recreational activities
- Optional spiritual care and pastoral counseling welcoming all faiths
- Convenient metro location for parent involvement
- Onsite health clinic, computer lab and other amenities
Responsibilities:
- St. Joe's Day Treatment encourages participation by both parent/guardian and child
- School attendance
- Hennepin County may require fee from parents based on income

Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
